Instructor Biographies
Angie
Broegman-Stinde is Co-Director of StarStruck Dance Center, now in its
10th year! Born and raised in Holly, she began dancing at age 8 at CJ's
Dance Center (now known as StarStruck), A 1988 graduate of Holly High
School, Angie has coached Varsity Dance/Pom teams for 14 years; 9 of which
were at Holly High School. She is married to Kevin Stinde, and has a beautiful
family that includes Kevin, Kassanndra, and Mikayla. Angie has a Bachelor's
degree in Business Management from Detroit College of Business and works
in Human Resources for Oakland County Government. She also enjoys scrapbooking,
rubberstamping and spending time with her family. 
Robin
Ennis-Walters is Co-Director of StarStruck Dance Center. She graduated
from Holly High School in 1970, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree
in Dance from Oakland University. Robin continued her dance career in
Minneapolis, Minnesota where she was an apprentice with the Nancy Hause
Dance Company. Robin began dancing at the age of 21 at CJ's Dance Center
(now known as StarStruck). Dance is a lifelong fun experience that Robin
loves to pass on to others. 
Ashley
is a 2006 graduate of Holly High School and has been dancing since whe
was 2 years old. Ashley has been a student assistant since she was 13.
This is her first year as an instructor and her third year as a member
of StarStruck's Senior Dance Company. 
Lu
has danced all of her life, studying both in studio and at the college
level, and has been teaching for about 15 years. She holds a bachelors
degree in theatre, with a minor in both vocal performance, and dance.
Lu works as a teaching artist in schools throughout metro Detroit, and
is a professional puppeteer performing with Brad Lowe's Fantasy E-Flex
puppets. She has performed with the Cut Time Players of the D.S.O, with
Del Feayo Festival. She is also a full time mom to Izzy, the toughest
job of all!
Elizabeth
has been dancing since the age of 3 and teaching since the age of 17.
She received her training through Phyliss Pickett in the Russian Sylabyss
and has certification in Chechetti in grades 1-3, under the direction
of Barbara Brant. Liz is currently studying for her DMA (Dance Masters
of America) certification. Ms. Page attended the Rockette Workshop in
New York as well as Joffery Schools summer tour. She has been in numerous
performances as well as several productions of "The Nutcracker"
and "Sleeping Beauty", put on by the Midwest Ballet School,
Inc. 
Brandie
is a 2004 graduate of Holly High School. She is currently attending Oakland
Community College majoring in PaschologyThis is Brandie's fifth year teaching
at the studio and her 15th year dancing. Brandie plans to move to Chicago
to dance.
Ebonnie is a 2006 graduate of Holly High School and has danced since she
was 4 years old. This year is also her third as a student teacher, and
she loves every minute of it. Ebonnie attends OCC and ntends to move to
Chicago next year. 
Allison is a 2006 graduate of Holly High School and has danced since she
was 5 years old. This is her second year teaching. Allison attends OCC.
Nichole
has been dancing since the age of 3 and started competing at age 9. Nichole
has had the privilege of going to nationals at age 13, and being awarded
1st place. This year marks her 26th year (15 years as an instructor) at
the studio. Nichole is a 1996 graduate of Holly High School, and married
her high school sweetheart in 1997. She has two children, Joslyn and Macy.
Ellen
is a new instructor and a bio will be posted soon.Guest Instructors
Danielle
has been dancing for over 23 years, including studio training, teaching
and as a member of various dance teams. She was a National Dance Association
(NDA) instructor, teaching various high school dance camps across the
country. She was a member and captain of the Motion Dance Team at Michigan
State University, at which time they were ranked third in the nation.
Mrs. Gianakis graduated from MSU with a degree in Marketing and currently
works at ePrize as an Account Executive. 
Sarah
is a 2006 graduate of Oakland University having earned a bachelor of Health
Science and a minor in Exercise Science. Currently attending Wayne State
University to pursue a career as a Registered Dietitian. Sarah danced
under Angie and Robin's instruction for 10 years. Taught ballet, jazz,
and pom classes for 3 years. Sarah currently works as a Fitness Specialist
for Health Fitness Corporation.
Jarel is a talented dancer, and was a special guest instructor
during our summer session in 2005. Jarel taught a 4 week series of intensive
2 hour Tap classes. The class is pictured below, taking a break. 
Assistant Biographies
Rosemary
is a Junior at Holly High School. She's a proud member of the Senior Production
company and loves to dance.
Kassanndra
is a 2006 graduate of Holly High School. Kassanndra is the step-daughter
of co-director Angie. She is currently attending OCC pursuing a degree
in Elementary Education.She enjoys teaching and working with the little
ones because they always have a smile on their face.Return to Top
Office Staff
Terri is married to Rich Hawke, and has two daughters; Logan and Taylor
who have both danced for many years. Terri has been involved with dance
since she was a little girl, and started at CJ's Dance Center singing
and dancing. Most of Terri's family has been involved in the studio
including her daughters, nieces, and even her brother! Terri works for
Holly Area Schools Nursery and is one of the Office Managers for StarStruck
Dance Center, Inc.
Nichole
is a StarStruck instructor and has also joined our office staff. Nichole
has been activily involved with StarStruck Dance Center & Cj's for
24 years and is ALWAYS smiling.
